The hacker can host on the malicious code at the github server hosting via shell.svg file contains PHP codes 

& 

Exploited from github.com Issues/ comment box with tiny javascript.

The hacker can also create green fill page with width:800 with this little svg modified codes :

1. From Remote Server.
